SFI expands its team with the addition of a new Junior Surveyor.

SFI ltd are thrilled to announce that Evan Fears has joined the team as a Junior Surveyor. Evan brings his experience from a different background, having previously been part of the team at SWAN EMS, but with a passion for the industry and a real willingness to learn, everyone at SFI ltd is looking forward to helping him on his professional Journey.

Evan is keen to progress in the profession and will commit to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors APC training programme to achieve professional status and SFI will do everything they can to support him.

With the industry of cladding inspections constantly changing, Evan will bring a fresh approach to the team, offering valuable assistance while learning, and contributing to the FRAEWs, EWS1s, and the rest of the services SFI ltd provides.

“There’s so much to get stuck into when it comes to cladding inspections, I know how important building fire safety has become recently, so to be able to learn while contributing is a massive plus for me” said Evan, when asked what has drawn him to working with SFI ltd.
